Knuthenborg’s famous Flume Ride is ready to splash into the new season.
The African exclave in the south-east of Denmark, famously known as the Knuthenborg Safari Park, is home to Denmark’s longest, tallest and steepest Flume Ride – The Congo Splash.
Every spring, this giant undergoes its annual check-up including replacement of wear-parts, as well as station, boat and system checks. This guarantees that the ride is in perfect shape for the start of the season when the main gates go flying open again.
The Congo Splash has been enjoyed by visitors to the Knuthenborg Safari Park since the spring of 2014. It offers adventurous channels, an intimidatingly high lift, amazing view from the top section and a record holding drop from 16 meters height.
